If we are unable to accommodate the date and time you have chosen, we will suggest alternates when our instructors and facilities are available. If we are not able to find an acceptable alternate, your deposit will be refunded in full. No refunds for cancellations less than 30 days in advance of the event. All event fees must be paid in full 7 days prior to the event.
